Daniel Carreon was born in Monterrey Mexico and immigrated to the United States as a young child. He spoke only Spanish in elementary school and made it a very important goal to learn English. He graduated from John Foster Dulles High School in Sugar Land Texas and attended Alvin Community College after graduation. Daniel started working for McDonald’s as a crew person in 1989 and realized by 1993 that McDonald’s was going to be a job that he would turn into a career. Daniel became a McDonald’s Business Consultant in 1997 allowing him to help Owner Operators with their McDonald’s Franchises. As a Business Consultant he realized that his passion was working with and helping to develop the McDonald’s Crew members, the only way he could directly impact the crew’s development was by becoming a McDonald’s Franchisee. He realized that dream of becoming a McDonald’s Franchisee in April of 2003 in McAllen Texas. Daniel is happily married with his beautiful wife of 20 years Elizabeth Carreon and two beautiful daughters Marisa Lucy Carreon and Lisa Danielle Carreon.
