Luis Humberto Luna (born in 1989), is a Mexican Internationalist with a Bachelor Major in Diplomatic & International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Political Science & Public Administration.

His profesional career includes working in Madrid, Spain; at the Mexican Embassy as well as in Mexico City at the Deputy Ministry for North America, the Diplomatic Liaison Center and the Office of the Chancellor, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Federal Judiciary Council of the Federal Judicial Branch.

His nearly 10 years of experience at high level offices of the Mexican Government allowed him to conduct, establish and strength bonds among Mexico and the United States of America throughout the Ministry of Economy in southern Tamaulipas, Mexico; and the City of Freeport, Texas; at the Brozoria County.

Luis Humberto Luna was a key component in the signing of the Sister City Agreement between the City of Freeport and the City of Altamira Tamaulipas, Mexico; by coordinating governmental entities and private assotiations from both countries. His proactiveness and determined character in his behavior, shown his capability of conducting negotiations with leadership and effectiveness.
